Pasta La Fata Plans New Club and Dinner Series

Pasta La Fata

Pasta connoisseurs will soon have an opportunity to gain access to rare, endangered pasta shapes, meals and traditions with Pasta La Fata’s Rare Pasta Club.

According to Pasta La Fata, sign up for the club is set to start this week. Starting in 2023, club members will get exclusive opportunities to try pasta baked, stuffed, rolled and grooved, all by hand with specialty shapes including raschiatelli, umbricelli, strapponi, fregula, tagliolini, stringozzi and capriccio.

Annual membership to the club costs $400. Members will receive everything needed for a monthly meal for two. For more information about the Rare Pasta Club, email info@pasalafata.net.

Pasta La Fata also is launching a monthly dinner series at the pasta shop. Starting in December, the business will start offering a five course meal along with wine pairings, with each meal highlighting a different region of Italy. Tickets start at $75. To purchase or to learn more, click here.
