Kari Green knows from experience how to create a pleasant home buying experience. Now the area sales manager for Lombardo Homes, Green knows that selling a new home means getting to know the clients very well. “As new home sales professionals, we have to wear so many different hats,” she says. “We are educators, good listeners, designers and even therapists sometimes.”
For Holly Lillis, working as a custom home consultant allows her to find fulfillment by bringing dreams to life.“The process of building a home on paper and watching it come alive is so rewarding,” Lillis says.
Both Green and Lillis are eager to get involved in the surrounding community, with Green noting that it’s only by cultivating relationships and getting to know the area that they can best serve clients. “We can’t just sit in our display homes and let customers come to us,”Green says.
