By Wedding planning can be stressful. Luckily, this weekend, businesses in The District are making things a little easier for you to navigate. From 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, tour event spaces, find your dream wedding dress, sip on some champagne, find your bridesmaids gifts and more.
From 11 a.m.-11:30 a.m., future brides can meet at The District offices to pick up maps, passports and tote bags. If brides-to-be register beforehand, all names will be added into a drawing for more than $200 in District business gift cards.
There are a variety of businesses participating in the event, including Makes Scents, Skylark Bookshop, Candy Factory, Art and Soul Photography, Bailey & Blush Boutique, Serendipity Salon and Gallery, and Designs X Nadine.
If you get your passport stamped by any participating business, you will get another chance to win prizes provided by The District. Passports may be turned in to The District offices or emailed to info@discoverthedistrict.com. This event is free and open to anyone looking for help when wedding planning.
