By Delia’s Mexican Grill is expanding in Columbia.
Owner Delia Garcia says the new location will be very different than the existing spot downtown, right down to the food. “Delia’s on Stadium will have different décor and a different menu,” she says, noting the new spot’s official name as Delia’s on Stadium.
Garcia says the goal is to be open by the summer on Stadium Boulevard near the Holiday Inn. “We are just excited that we are finally able to reach and grow and expand,” she says. Delia’s Mexican Grill first opened in 2020, turning a dream into reality for David and Delia Garcia. “We are unique being a small family-owned restaurant and as owners we are actually there 100 percent day and night,” Garcia says.
