By This week, Mizzou is celebrating the opening of its new esports gaming lounge. From 6-10 p.m. tonight, enjoy the celebration at 402 Kentucky Blvd. with raffles and free play, as well as a chance to watch Mizzou Esports play.
Also, from 2-3:30 p.m. today, the Columbia Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting for the new lounge.
Mizzou Esports launched in August 2019, with the program maintaining an average 3.0 GPA in the classroom.
