By Nourish Café & Market has added a new item to its menu.
Customers can now purchase a mineral rich, organic veggie broth. Josh Old, front of house manager, says the new recipe has heath benefits. “It is much more nutrient dense, so we thought it would be a good idea to offer it, for those who don’t do bone broth,” he says.
While Nourish has used vegetable broth for other recipes, this is the first time it’s being sold in the market. “We have used veggie broth in our dishes but we never really sold it,” Old says. “Now that we are more more confident about it, why not sell it in the market?”
