By The new office for the CoMo Shared Kitchen is in the last steps of construction. The new location at 14 Business Loop E. has new walls, an installed hood and prep sinks ready. The next step is to add the stoves, ovens, reach-in refrigerators and prep tables to the new kitchen.
According to an update from The Loop, the plan is to open the new kitchen in March. Once clients are moved in, there also will be a grand opening party to celebrate with the community.
This comes about five months after construction officially began on the shared kitchen. While construction continues, people are asked to contact the kitchen by emailing info@comocooks.com, as phones and internet are not installed yet.
