By Start your new year with new opportunities and a new, fun way to move your body.
Sumit Hot Yoga is hosting a workshop from 4-5:30 p.m. Saturday at its location at 505 E. Nifong Blvd., suite 103. Attendees will be able to learn about chakra energy centers with rhythmic movement, meditation and more to create balance, harmony and joy throughout the body.
