By Get connected to a variety of local health and wellness resources at the Spring Into Health Fair on Saturday.
The free event, which is set for 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, is being hosted by Achieve Balance Chiropractic at the business’ new location at 2700 Forum Blvd. At least 20 local health and wellness vendors are expected to participate, including API Project Fitness, The Clean Refill, Body Recovery Massage Therapy and Liberty Family Medicine. In addition to connecting attendees with the various local resources available, the event will include hands-on learning opportunities, food from local pop-up restaurant Cassava Mama Tortillas and a bounce house.
The event also will be operating as a fundraiser for the Columbia Center for Urban Agriculture. For more information, check the event page on Facebook.
